Yep, we’ve been really conditioned/trained to see it as negative (or at least I have). It’s tough to break lifelong thought patterns.

One book I’ve found really helpful in dealing with those negative aspects/dark emotions is The Dark Side of the Light Chasers by Debbie Ford. Highly recommend.
