Hello, I’m so sorry I missed your request until right now. Here’s a concrete example from my life: a BEFORE/UGH point would be the pain of not writing every day (it messes with me, not writing daily. My head starts to implode). The AFTER/WOW point would be writing AND publishing every day. Writing every day is a WOW, writing PLUS publishing every day is a SUPER WOW (for me). So my job is to not get distracted with things that *seem helpful* but don’t do anything to move me from UGH to WOW. Things like trying a new writing software, or tweaking my writing workflow, or straightening my desk… Those things are fine but they don’t move me from UGH to WOW.
